Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Do you desire more satisfying relationships? Is trust an issue in your marriage. Are you struggling with blue moods, constant worries, or unhealthy behaviors related to food? Do you sometimes just feel overwhelmed by life? If so, I am here to help. In my practice, I guide couples to more loving connections; support teens and adults with eating challenges so they can accept themselves more and reduce harmful habits; teach practical skills to help reduce anxiety and depression; and help individuals to heal childhood wounds and find inner peace. I also work with singles seeking partners and wrote “How to Get Married After 35” (HarperCollins Publishers) as an inspirational tool for them. As a caring therapist, I provide you with a safe environment in which to explore feelings, be understood, and move forward in life. You’ll want to choose a therapist who makes you feel comfortable and inspires your confidence. If I sound like a good match for your needs, please call or email today to set an Initial Consultation. Thank you.

Are you stressed out? Do you sometimes find yourself snapping at your children? Would you describe your relationship with your husband as “distant”? Or do you feel like you are going to lose it if someone doesn’t give you a break? Being a mother, wife, or daughter can stretch us to our limits. During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s talk and see if I can help you make things “right side up” again.
