Personal Statement:
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed or having difficulty concentrating because your worry is getting in the way? Do you have anxiety or panic attacks that have started for no apparent reason? Because anxiety is a common yet misunderstood human experience it can leave many of us feeling scared and confused. Often we hear "it is all in your head" which can make us feel weak or crazy. Anxiety can lead to feelings of depression and can interfere with our daily lives. I can help you gain understanding and skills to stop feeling this way now. Life can be stressful but anxiety, fear and phobias do not have to control your life. With over 15 years experience, using straight forward education and skill building, I successfully help my clients decrease anxiety, eliminate panic, manage mood and regain control of their lives. Based on my client's personal needs and desires, I will incorporate CBT techniques, mindfulness, hypnosis and EMDR to successfully assist them is gaining insight, developing skills, reducing anxiety, elevating mood and building greater self-confidence. You do not have to feel limited by anxiety any longer.
