Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I help bright and talented artists, musicians, actors, and writers create meaningful, happy, balanced lives. Employing proven tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Meditation, and Yoga, I teach skills that will enable you to overcome whatever may be holding you back from being authentic, peaceful, and positive. A commitment to specific practices will result in more fulfilling relationships, flourishing creativity, more professional success, and an overall more meaningful and happier life. I have 24 years of experience traveling around the world working with successful creative people. Besides my MA in Psychology, I also have an MA in Philosophy so I can help with existential questions, and an MA in Buddhism and Hinduism so I can help with spiritual questions. I'm the author of the best-selling DVD "Yoga for Depression and Anxiety" as well as "Mindfulness for Urban Depression" and "Mindfulness Meditations for Anxiety." You can find out more about me by reading my Huffington Post blogs or attending a workshop
