Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
You are finally ready to consult with a professional therapist about your current struggles and blocks. I applaud that - it often requires leap of faith to admit that you may need help. I offer free initial consultations to see if I would be the right therapist for you. It is normal to go through periods in life in which you feel hurt, confused, angry, depressed, lonely, lost, anxious, stuck, or have difficulty in your romantic, social or work relationships. When our normal methods of working through these challenges fail us, it can be helpful to see a therapist to help explore how to address your struggles in new ways, and learn more about yourself in the process. I see people from all walks of life in my practice, but specialize in working men around identity and life transitions; LGTBQ teens and young adults; folks who identify as part of the kink, polyamory, or BDSM community; and gay men who struggle with self-esteem and finding intimacy. I invite you to read more about me and how I can help on my web site:
