Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Babies are supposed to bring joy, but if you’re worried about being overwhelmed, sad, and disconnected from your infant, and have guilt about feeling resentful, lonely, and deprived of your former life, I can help. Maybe you have other children too, and this time it’s different, more confusing, all consuming, unlike it was before. Perhaps this time you’re irritated by the changes in your marriage, frustrated, not getting the support you need. Motherhood isn’t easy, especially today with all the demands and expectations. I specialize in helping moms get through these feelings during such a challenging period. Parenting is exhausting enough without feeling shame, fear, or depression too. Struggling to get your own needs met and hold your own boundaries makes it harder to be there the way you want for your baby. I’d like to help you deal with the emotions of this transition. Things CAN get better, and I'll help you get there. See details about my expertise on my website, and make an appointment now to get the support, clarity and hope you need to enjoy motherhood and marriage. I'm ready to help you start empowering yourself today.
