Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
"Listening deeply to body/mind, unleashes wisdom and compassion!" I am currently accepting clients who are open to learning about the mind-body connection. New discoveries in neuroscience have given me both knowledge and insights that have focused my skills working with those who have trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have been a practicing Marriage & Family therapist for 20 years. I employ Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and also have a certificate as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I specialize working with adults who have suffered complex trauma, including: domestic violence, childhood sexual abuse, and/or sexual trauma in adulthood, developmental and attachment issues, depression, anxiety, shame, and anger. Working collaboratively we design a treatment plan that is especially tailored for you. I offer discounts to patients who pay for therapy sessions in advance and half-price sessions for veterans and students. Call or Email for a free phone consultation now - (909) 559-8582
