Judy’s message to you is I CAN HELP.

Judy specializes in couple, individual and family therapy. Judy works well with children and teens. She provides care in a tender private practice setting for those in pain with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, sexual issues, or anger. She also provides pre-marital and pre-engagement counseling. She has experience with divorce and marital conflict.

Judy is a seasoned counselor who has worked with individuals and groups in clinical settings providing substance and alcohol abuse counseling. She has helped to heal those victimized by rape and sexual molestation. Judy is credentialed as a certified crisis counselor. She has also provided therapy in an intensive camp program for children with special needs and their siblings.

Judy has been married for 20 years. She has 3 children. She places family and faith first in her life. She also has a dog and 2 cats. The family enjoys snow and water sports, team sports and biking.
