Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Life has many ups and downs and we can all benefit from some support and guidance during difficult times in our lives. Taking the first step to get help is a sign of strength and it shows your willingness to invest in yourself and your family. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families to achieve greater harmony in life. I specifically focus on working with individuals and families whose lives have been affected by relationship problems, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse and medical trauma. In addition, I work with parents on parenting and parent-child relationship concerns, as well as with adults on career and life transitional issues. These topics and others are discussed in the safety of the supportive relationship we build together.
