My goal is to assist you in feeling healthy, empowered and free from the upsetting thoughts, feelings and behaviors that caused you to seek help. In my practice I am applying an eclectic approach (various counseling models) that specifically addresses your concerns. I love seeing people move to a healthy way of living through therapy!
