Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
You know how being a professional woman, the work demand on you and job stress can be enormous at times? Even if you have the intention to do your best job, sometimes the work setting you are in and the people (bosses, colleages, and clients/customers) you are dealing with can greatly sabotage your effort. I know how frustrating and disempowering it can be to work in such an sub-optimal environment. However, I also know that it is absolutely possible to survive and thrive in your job even if others do not share your vision and/or ambition. Well, your professional service is valuable and your contribution undeniable. My goal is to help professional women like you better cope with job stress, get empowered, and achieve more career satisfaction.
