Personal Statement:
Life inevitably presents all of us with unexpected crises and losses. While it is normal to struggle with the challenges that life throws at us, it isn't easy. If you are feeling overwhelmed by grief and loss, difficulties in personal relationships, family, career, or past traumas, I can help. My therapeutic approach is direct, compassionate, strength based, and collaborative. I work extensively with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. By providing a safe environment in which you can feel heard and understood, I can assist you in discovering your inner resources, solutions, and answers. Together we can work to provide you with the necessary tools to help you navigate these difficult life transitions.
