Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
You have “the answers” within you and the therapeutic relationship can be the key to discovering those answers. I will work with you to unlock your true nature and help you realize your full potential for creative work and a meaningful personal life.

As a Certified Jungian Analyst, I am trained to work with dreams, art, journaling and sand tray. We can go as deeply into the psyche as you wish.

We will identify, and work to change, persistent, sometimes lifelong, patterns of behavior that may be manifesting as depression, addiction or anxiety.

I teach couples how to communicate, how to be truly loving and how to avoid repetitive arguments.

I have been in private practice for almost 20 years. I lecture, teach and supervise MFT Interns.

I’d like to hear what you’re looking for, meet and see whether we might be a good, and creative, therapeutic match.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
