Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Struggling with pain in your relationships? Hoping to realize your potentials in a fulfilling career? Do you have difficulties connecting with others? Can't seem to find your life's passion? We can free up those stuck places and make a safe space for thinking about your emotions. You can move forward and be more successful in work and love. Depression and anxiety may be locked up emotions waiting to be untangled. I have a deep respect for your unique inner process and the creative potential. I use a psychoanalytic approach - listening for underlying patterns, connecting to your younger parts, searching for meaning, increasing your capacity to feel and express emotions. I use dream work to help connect to your deeper self and start an inner dialog with the nine tenths that is underneath the surface. Lets create a safe haven for your marriage/relationship. Express vulnerabilities and emotions that are underneath the anger/hurt. Strengthen the bond between the two of you by learning to have a third place - from which to be more open to your partner. Discover more positive cycles by leading with your vulnerability.
