Personal Statement:
Overwhelmed, feeling like your life is out of control? Do you lie in bed at night unable to stop the racing thoughts? In a relationship that’s causing distress because you continue to argue over the same things without ever coming to a resolution? Tired of not being heard or listened to? Going through a divorce or dealing with loss? Why continue to struggle alone? I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment and assist you in learning how to slow things down and to focus on what is truly causing you distress in your life. We will work together on developing a plan that will allow you to reach your ultimate goals.
