Personal Statement:
Nahed Sammani Stefany works with children, adolescents and individuals who are suffering from grief and loss issues. She also works with families who have a terminally ill person in their family. She has experience with families, children and individuals who have suffered or going through a divorce, domestic violence or sexual assault in their history. She works with families of different ethnic groups to help them adjust their families into the Western life style and the adjustment of their children’s schooling and social life to the Northern American culture. Nahed has personal and work experience with multicultural/multiethnic couples and interracial marriages. She uses techniques to alleviate anxiety and help understand the roots of ones depression.
