Personal Statement:
Nicholas Carlisle graduated from Oxford University, trained as a human rights lawyer and worked as a barrister in London while serving on the board of Amnesty International (UK). His dream was to live in San Francisco and practice as a psychotherapist. He moved to California in 1997, where he became licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist and certified as a Life Coach. He holds a certificate in trauma resolution from the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute.
