Personal Statement:
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with eight years of experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and families. I help clients to achieve balance, improve relationships, and replace limiting beliefs with awareness and self confidence. My goal is to help you identify and work through any challenge so that you may find deeper meaning and purpose in your life.

I work with clients using a holistic, comprehensive treatment approach that incorporates emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal solutions. I offer a safe space within which to explore thoughts, feelings, and internal conflicts. In addition, I offer tools to improve mood, increase motivation, and decrease feelings of stress and worry. I work with adults on issues of depression, anxiety, loss, addiction, recovery, and life transitions. I help children and teens cope with problems related to personal identity, self-esteem, family conflict, and setting and achieving goals. And I help couples to improve boundaries, communication, intimacy, and partnership with each other.
