Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
In my work in the mental health field for the last 30 years,it has been my experience that we possess the capacity to heal ourselves.I employ a wide array of tools and techniques which incorporates body, mind and spirit. My clients and I explore the layers of self identity. At its core, they discover immeasurable wisdom and strength which allows them to feel happier and more at peace within themselves. This discovery not only transforms their lives, but also the lives of their spouses and families. For parents , I provide parent empowerment, education and training, which enables them to parent effectively without loosing their mind. When I work with their children, I create a safe space, and use age appropriate techniques. I enable my little clients to get through childhood and adolescence successfully and with as little trauma as possible.I have seen my work result in greater individual happiness and an improved family communication and family dynamics. My goal is to provide comprehensive counseling services which enables my clients to discard any thoughts and beliefs which no longer serve them, and to find their own inner sense joy, wisdom, strength and purpose.
