Personal Statement:
As a psychotherapist in private practice, I provide individual, couple and group therapy. I give you a confidential and nurturing place to express your feelings and concerns. I offer communication skill-training for you to find your own voice to live your most authentic and rich life possible. If you wish to improve your relationship with your partner or children, I can assist you to practice assertive, loving communication. I also provide consultation for organizations to improve employee relationships with clients or other employees. I present workshops that are stimulating and rewarding. Participants leave with concrete ideas about how to enhance their abilities to work well with themselves and others.
