Personal Statement:
Do you find yourself wanting to have more control over your emotions? Therapy can be a beneficial tool whether you are currently struggling with a life event or having family conflict, are wanting to better yourself for your future, or are wanting to deal with your past. I will use a collaborative approach and will work with you to develop goals based on what you are seeking from therapy. My genuine approach will help you to feel safe and comfortable during sessions, allowing us to take an honest look at what may be holding you back. Common issues that I often work with are with anxiety, depression, divorce, domestic violence, transition into young adulthood, and parenting struggles.
