Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
EMDR is acknowledged worldwide as a treatment of choice for PTSD—Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Whether the trauma was from a tragic event or the trauma was a learned, unconscious habit that is now holding you back, EMDR is an approach that helps with the effects left from big past traumatic events and small ones. EMDR efficiently clears away the often paralyzing effects from BIG “T” TRAUMA such as: Exposure to war, Victimization of crime, Survival of physical, emotion and/or sexual abuse, Catastrophic loss of a loved one, Experience of natural disasters, Occurrence of physical accidents/injuries EMDR also clears out the immobilizing small “t” trauma such as: Feeling unsafe, Unaccepted, Out of Control, Unworthy, Shameful, Incompetent, Unlovable, Unable to trust By eliminating the effects of both BIG “T” and SMALL “t” trauma, you feel: Safe, Accepted, In control, Worthy, Honorable, Competent, Lovable, Able to trust EMDR is a method that helps decrease those unexplainable, negative reactions that are triggered by routine, daily life events. Using EMDR, I will support your shift from negative, unconscious reactive patterns to healthy, positive ones. Currently, my rate is $120/session. Until December 31, 2014, I am offering 5 EMDR sessions at a reduced fee of $75/session—a savings of $225! I also work extensively with couples dealing with trust issues, infidelity and communication. I offer a FREE initial phone consultation to explore how I may be able help you. It’s your call! 818/301-0203
