Living in the bay area, life can be hectic and stressful, and we all can benefit from empathetic and empowering support to navigate through various challenges. Many circumstances may have brought you to the point where depression, anxiety, trauma, or relationship difficulties has made it difficult for you to find the balance and peace in life. At Inner Image Counseling, I thrive to honor each person's uniqueness and support one's individualized goals. We will embark on a journey together to support you understanding your feelings, identifying your needs, exploring different options, and implementing changes in order to achieve your personal goals and regain your balance. I am a depth-oriented psychotherapist, and have experience working with clients facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, life stage changes, identity exploration, work challenges, family conflicts, and relationship difficulties.
